Keely

Keely Hamilton is a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher. She has been active in pilates for the past 5 years, and was trained by Integrated Teacher Training and the Pilates Sports Center. Keely fell in love with Pilates when after six weeks she could touch her toes! She loves bringing pilates to new students with a supportive, encouraging and detailed approach. She created Hamilton Pilates as a small, friendly, non-intimidating alternative to the large group or health club format. Our focus is on you!

About Our Studio

Bringing you a warm, intimate studio experience, Hamilton Pilates will tailor an exercise program to fit your individual needs and help you obtain your fitness goals. Our studio is furnished with Balanced Body equipment- Studio Reformer, split pedal Wunda Chair, 2 springboards, and all of the necessary accessories: jump board, rollers, weights, therabands, assorted balls, and magic circles to provide the best possible workout.

Studio

Hamilton Pilates offers private sessions on the Pilates Reformer, as well as semi-private (or duet) sessions on mat, ball and springboard. Our cozy studio provides you with personalized attention and a fitness plan tailored to your individual needs and fitness style. We can accommodate 2 people (duet) at one time using springboard and mat; while the Reformer and chair are reserved for private sessions only.
